1. Our content

We independently author our own study content — topics, practice questions, explanations and flashcards — and we respect others' intellectual property. We do not knowingly use content that infringes third-party rights or that reproduces confidential examination material, and we remove such content on notice.

We review every complete report promptly. Where content is infringing, we remove or amend it. We may ask follow-up questions if a report is incomplete, and we will tell you the outcome of our review.

4. Examination material

Our practice questions are independently authored against the publicly available AIGP Body of Knowledge. Actual examination questions are confidential to the IAPP, and we do not knowingly use them. If you believe an item too closely resembles confidential examination material, report it as above and we will review and remove it promptly.
